This policy explains what personal data may be processed when you use enmedica.ro or contact us by phone or email.
Who is responsible for your data
ENMEDICA (Str. Oltului 43, Bl. 7, Sc. F, Ap. 2, Sfântu Gheorghe, jud. Covasna; email: info@enmedica.ro; tel.: +40 770 629 113) provides the clinic premises, the shared brand and this website.
The doctors work independently. Data that a doctor receives directly (by phone or email) is processed by that doctor in order to reply to you.
What data we process and why
The contact form sends your message by email, only to the doctor you choose. The site does not store the message in a database. To protect against abuse, the server keeps for a short time (a few hours at most) a hashed value derived from the IP address together with the send times; the IP address itself is not stored in readable form.
The site has no user accounts, advertising or traffic analytics tools, and does not build profiles of visitors.
- The contact details you send us (name, phone number, email address, the content of your message), to reply to requests and arrange appointments.
- Technical data in the server logs (IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser type), processed by the hosting provider for the security and proper operation of the site.
Health data
Please do not send detailed health information by email or message. A name and a phone number are enough to request an appointment.
Patients’ health data is processed as part of medical care, under the applicable law and the information given at the practice. This policy covers the website only.
Legal basis
We process data in order to reply to your requests (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR), and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
How long we keep data
Messages and contact details are kept only as long as needed to reply and to meet our legal obligations. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own rules.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. It may be received only by providers who help us run the site (for example hosting) and by authorities where the law requires. The Contact page embeds a Google map (see the Cookie policy).
If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. The site does not send data to WhatsApp; it only opens the app when you press the button.
Your rights
To exercise your rights, write to info@enmedica.ro. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
